Launched in 2021, the Elkhart plant was designed to bridge the gap left by the closure of our East Plant. This high production, state-of-the-art facility quickly evolved into another major operational hub as another one of our busiest plants, expanding our footprint into the northern Polk County and further into Story County. Its advanced capabilities and strategic location help us meet the growing demand across central Iowa. In addition to its advanced production capabilities, the Elkhart plant also offers recycled aggregates. Supporting sustainable construction practices while meeting the needs of our growing customer base.
